Rule-

Mountain Ranges- Himalayas , Alps - Plural Verb

Example-
The Himalayas is\are the covered with snow.

Note-
Peak name - Singular Verb
Mount Everest is the highest peak.

Rule- 

Rule-

यदि दो Noun "and" से जुड़े हो और दोनों से पहले no  दिया हो तो Singular Verb  प्रयोग करते है | 
Example -
No boy and no girl is coming today.

Example-
